
Lisa Reed
President & Executive Director
A native Oklahoman, Lisa holds Master of Social Work in Administration and Community Practice from the University of Oklahoma. Her experience with group dynamics with the Institute of Cultural Affairs and as former director of Possibilities is well-suited for an organization engaged in group facilitation. Her passion for children and strengthening nonprofits means she is ideal to lead Peaceful Family Oklahoma's into its next chapter-- reaching more of the children and families who need hope and healing. Lisa is a Certified Public Manager (C.P.M.), accredited by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium and an alumni of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XX. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City and current Leadership Edmond Class XXXVI.

Jayme Kelton
Program Director
Jayme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Columbia College Chicago. Jayme is proud to provide children and families the tools they need to break the cycle of addiction at PFS, "my passion is providing children a safe place to express themselves using healthy coping skills to promote social and emotional growth. The healing process PFS implements is paramount, not only for kids' immediate recovery but their chance at long-lasting success." Jayme joined the PFO team from El Sistema, an after-school program serving over 200 underserved public school children in the heart of Oklahoma City. She also provided individual, dance and movement therapy with children who have experienced trauma in central Oklahoma and the Chicago area.

Brock Neely
Program Facilitator
Brock’s life in the helping field began in 2006, when he enlisted to serve our country in the Army. He served 5 years and was honorably discharged. Like many soldiers returning home, he faced challenges during the first 4 years following his discharge from the armed forces. In 2015, he turned things around and begin the next phase of service to our community. Brock holds a Master of Social Work and a bachelor’s degree from East Central University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (U/S) working to provide treatment for those living with mental health issues and substance use disorders.
His experience growing up in a family where addiction was present have enabled him to practice communication with the children with empathy and fun. The kids love him!

Kat Zmaila
Family Support Specialist
Kat has a long history of working with children and families and has been a therapeutic foster and adoptive parent herself for 18 years. She holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix, Reno and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has provided clinical group and individual therapy for clients with a schizophrenia diagnosis and their families. She has also counseled persons living in extreme crisis while referring them to help for needs in housing, food, transportation, job training and social skills. Kat has facilitated groups for persons with substance use disorders, felony planning reentry, batterers intervention and psychosocial education.

Marne Powell
Operations Coordinator
Highly skilled at keeping both grown ups and children on track, Marne has worked in the dance/ballet industry since her graduation from Oklahoma City University with a B.S. in Dance Management. Her experience as a Area Manager and Director of Retail for Capezio/Ballet Makers, Inc. for Texas, California, Nevada, and Oklahoma region means she consistently seeks more innovative and efficient ways to manage Peaceful Family Oklahoma's operations. Her quick thinking keeps the team on their toes!

Wendi Wilson
Program & Events Support Specialist
Wendi holds a B.S. in Sociology from Southern Nazarene University and an M.A. in Nonprofit Leadership from Oklahoma City University. She serves part-time as the executive director for ESCCO, (Executive Service Corps of Central Oklahoma), providing professional guidance to nonprofits. Wendi supports Peaceful Family Oklahoma's in events and program facilitation.

Taylor Vogel
School Program Coordinator
After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Oklahoma City University, Taylor began her career in Oklahoma City Public Schools, first teaching high school vocal music and piano at U.S. Grant before falling in love with shaping elementary music curriculum and teaching for two years at Heronville elementary. Her love of the natural world led her to teach (and hike) in Denver Public Schools for two years, where she focused on developing and implementing a joyful dual-language (English/Spanish) elementary music program focused on ensuring an equitable and exceptional music education that fostered communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills. Taylor has been fortunate to serve Oklahoma students through her work as the Education Coordinator at the Oklahoma City Philharmonic and the students of North Texas through digital programming as the Director of Education for the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra. Her passions are teaching children to communicate and problem solve through guided play, connecting schools with high-caliber resources, and laughing together.

Maricela Jimenez
School Program Specialist
Maricela Jimenez, has lived in Edmond for 4 years. She has worked as a Pre-k teacher for two years, kindergarten for three years and a second grade for one. Before moving to Oklahoma, she worked as a college soccer coach helping and inspiring college athletes. Maricela enjoys building connections with the community around her work environment.
