Lisa Reed

President & Executive Director
A native Oklahoman, Lisa holds Master of Social Work  in Administration and Community Practice from the University of Oklahoma. She is trained in the Institute of Cultural Affairs Technology of Participation Group Facilitation Methods; The Fundraising School, Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy; and Benevon Sustainable Funding Model. Lisa is a Certified Public Manager (C.P.M.), accredited by the National Certified Public Manager Consortium and an alumni of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XX.
Lisa served as the CEO for Possibilities, Inc., a cutting-edge nonprofit that connects people to change their communities. Most recently, Lisa was the executive director of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic’s Orchestra League.

Brittany Douglas

Lead Facilitator
Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Before joining PFS as our lead program facilitator in 2019, Brittany worked as a behavioral health case manager for Hope Community Services in Oklahoma City, a non-profit outpatient community mental health center that provides a large array of behavioral health and addiction services. Before moving to Oklahoma, she worked for Horizon Health Service in Niagara Falls, New York, a not-for-profit corporation that provides hope and healing for individuals and their families dealing with substance use and/or mental health disorders.

Brock Neely

Program Facilitator
Brock’s life in the helping field began in 2006, when he enlisted to serve our country in the Army. He served 5 years and was honorably discharged. Like many soldiers returning home, he faced challenges during the first 4 years following his discharge from the armed forces. In 2015, he turned things around and begin the next phase of service to our community. Brock holds a Master of Social Work and a bachelor’s degree from East Central University.. He plans to become a licensed clinical social worker and to provide treatment for those afflicted by mental illness and substance abuse.
His experience in the military and growing up in a family where addiction was present has enabled him to practice assertive communication with the children while maintaining an appropriate amount of empathy. Brock demonstrates excellent empathy skills and commands firm respect with the children and families served at PFS.

Kat Zmaila

Program Facilitator
Kat has a long history of working with children and families. She holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix, Reno and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has provided clinical group and individual therapy for schizophrenic clients and their families. She has also counseled the severely mentally ill while referring them to effective help for needs in reference housing, food services, transportation, job skills training and social skills training and has facilitated substance abuse groups, groups for former felons planning reentry, and facilitated psychosocial educational groups for clients diagnosed with severe mental illness. Kat is also an experienced foster parent.

Beth Pierce

Accountant
Beth is an experienced accountant who works with many clients, including Peaceful Family Solutions, where she manages payables, receivables and payroll. She also maintains the budgets and provides financial data to the board of directors and executive director.
Beth also lends at hand at PFS fundraising events, ensuring the smoothness and accuracy of the financial transactions.
