Callie Stephens leads trauma-informed programming at Peaceful Family Oklahoma, working alongside the PFO team to support children and families impacted by substance use.
Her work centers on emotional awareness, connection, and consistent support. With a background in social work, education, and community-based programming, Callie began her career as a Teach For America educator in Dallas and later worked in nonprofit roles, including at the American Red Cross National Headquarters.

Together, she and the PFO team help create environments where children, teens, and the adults who care for them feel seen, understood, and not alone in their experiences.
