Administrative/Receptionist Volunteers Help the PFO staff with filing, sorting, organizing, and copying.

Camp-Style Program Supply Preparation
Assemble participant graduate bags, prepare art supplies, prepare outdoor play equipment, and more.

School Program Supply Preparation
Run copies, maintain writing tools, wipe down supplies, mend puppets, file extra worksheets, sort flashcards, and more.

Family Play Date Support
Support check in and ticket distribution for Family Play Date participants. These events take place at various locations in the community and are family-friendly volunteer opportunities.

Correspondence
Create and write thank you notes, birthday cards, and other written elements of connection for partners, families, and more.

Special Event Support
Help with logistics of our Heal Out Loud Luncheon, Gala, or Golf Classic.

Peaceful Family Oklahoma also has volunteer opportunities for groups, depending on our current needs and project availability. Prior training and background checks are not always required.

To volunteer, completion of both a volunteer application and a background check will be required. Following the processing of these forms, volunteers will be scheduled for training sessions. Training sessions usually occur on weekdays and run for approximately one hour. The entire approval process, from application submission to completing training, typically spans around two weeks.
