
Jayme Kelton
Vice President of Programs
Jayme is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) Practitioner who serves as the Vice President of Programs at Peaceful Family Oklahoma. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Columbia College Chicago.
Jayme is passionate about helping children and families impacted by a loved one's addiction build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and experience hope. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices that create safe spaces where children can express themselves, strengthen social and emotional skills, and discover they are not alone.
Prior to joining Peaceful Family Oklahoma, Jayme provided individual counseling and dance/movement therapy for children who had experienced trauma in both central Oklahoma and the Chicago area. Her background in expressive therapies, trauma-informed care, and family-centered prevention continues to shape her work with children, caregivers, schools, and community partners.
